Matt, the creator of Vitreous World, is also the Co-Founder of the Voices4all Initiative. A champion of best practice and client service excellence, his background spans 20+ years working in Public Relations, Marketing and Market Research. Outside of work Matt divides his time between family, immersing himself in cook books, enjoying adventures in golf and road cycling. ⛳

Nawaz 'Naz' Ali (He/Him)

Research Operations Director

Nawaz 'Naz' joins Vitreous after getting to know the business from the client side. He brings a unique strategic approach to operations gained over 17 years in several research disciplines and presenting insights to executive audiences. Naz excels leading teams through complex projects, and his experience in areas like B2B, business development and marketing offer a rare perspective. He’s a bit of a cricket pro too, just a shame he supports Liverpool!

Bex Grove (She/Her)

Bex is an MRS accredited researcher experienced in the design and use of qualitative and quantitative methods. She combines a proven track record of delivering research projects of all sizes, with excellent client management skills and a desire to continuously exceed expectations. Outside of work she enjoys nothing more immersing herself in her passion for all things creative,. Her gift consistently wows us working across a variety of mediums and technologies. Her talents truly know no bounds! 🎨

Anais is a data focused product innovation and consumer behaviour specialist. Her strong analytical & logical approach helps our clients interpret the meaning behind the data. Her dedication and attention to detail ensures the highest service levels are consistently maintained on each and every project. In her own time she immerses herself in true crime literature and is our resident super sleuth.🔎

Nadi Litschko (They/Them)

Senior Fieldwork Manager

Nadi is a highly experienced and solutions focused fieldwork manager. Boasting years of experience at the very sharp end of the sample and panel industry they bring (even more) best in class expertise to the Vitreous World team. When not de-coding sample matrices they enjoy gaming and a passion for Asian cuisine which includes anything from Sushi to Fuwa Fuwa Souffle Pancakes! 🥞

Helen Dunn (She/Her)

Helen looks after the accounting function at Vitreous. She has held various roles within different industries, ranging from book-keeper to finance manager, to her current position as accountant. Outside of work Helen applies her talent for numbers in the Kitchen, perfecting weights, measures and timings to the delight of her lucky family! 🍰

Jessie Grove (She/Her)

Junior Pawject Manager

Jessie has boundless energy and a healthy appetite for pretty much anything! Her cheeky face and 'joie de vivre' is loved by all the team, suppliers and clients alike. In her spare time she leads an amateur dramatic group and is most famous for her lead roles in 'The Hairy Bullet' and 'Bone with the Wind'. 🐕

With 28 years’ experience in the Market Research Industry spanning all operations of research, Jon is reluctantly considered a veteran. His experience is invaluable in ensuring we cover all the technical angles and deliver high levels of quality control. Outside of work Jon is a keen golfer, what he lacks in skill he makes up for in enthusiasm! ⛳

Tim Baker (He/Him)

Tim has considerable experience on the client as well as supplier side of the industry. His understanding of how data and insight can be optimised helps us ensure delivery both looks and feels good with the end product ready for your rapid use. Tim is also a regular on the rowing circuit competing at weekends all around the country, the VW team are in 'oar' of his medal collection. 🚣‍♂️

Dino Myers-Lamptey (He/Him)

Non Exec Director - DE&I

Dino is a powerhouse for change and we are thrilled to have him help guide the business forward. He is the founder of The Barber Shop (a Strategy-led Media, Creative & Tech company), and is Co-Chair of The Alliance of Independent Agencies. Dino hosted DJ nights at a young age, which meant they had to let him in even though he wasn't technically old enough! This desire to re-write the rules made Dino the perfect fit for us at Vitreous World. 🎧
